Are "Realtor" and "Miracle Worker" the same thing?

I have a coffee mug that has become one of my go to's for a while. I was gifted it in 2017 for doing my job. I haven't really thought about this  cup or the saying on it except that it made me smile...until today.

When I walked by my tea station, that cup seemed to shine just a bit more than normal. I reached for it and stared at the saying on front. I knew I had story to tell…
